Delivery Methods
Orders are posted from my studio in Dundee within five working days. If you choose express delivery I'll aim to post your order out the next working day. If, for some reason, I'm unable to post your item within this timeframe (I'm a one woman show!) I'll get in touch and let you know.
Please ensure you provide the correct address when completing your transaction, as mistakes cannot be rectified once your order has been shipped.
Delivery within UK
Free postage is offered on all orders over £30 within the UK. These will be posted via Royal Mail Second Class, and take an estimated 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. If you need your order quicker than this, I also offer 'Express' delivery and ‘Slightly Speedier’ delivery options!
Please note that the above delivery times are estimates and, on rare occasion, shipping can take longer. If you haven't received your order within 28 working days, please contact me.

Returns & Exchanges
I hope you love your purchase, but if you are unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, I am happy to issue a refund or exchange for any unworn/unused items (except earrings) provided it is in the same condition it was supplied in. Earrings can only be returned for refund or replacement if they are faulty. Please get in touch within 7 days of your item's delivery to discuss a refund - items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Delivery costs for any returned items will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for your postage costs for delivering an item, unless that item is faulty. You are responsible for the product until it reaches me. If you return something I will notify you by email to let you know I have received it.
International Orders (via Etsy)
I’ve sadly had to put a pause on postage outside the UK from this website at the moment thanks to Brexit (boooo!). But I do have a work around!
Orders from outside the UK can be placed via my Etsy page HERE.
A lot of items from my online shop aren’t listed on Etsy because it makes stock control difficult, but if there’s anything that catches your eye please just send an email and I can pop up a custom listing for you.
I’m so sorry this is such a faff, I really wish it wasn’t. And hopefully in time I’ll be able to change this back again 🤞🏻
